DESCRIPTION:The 25th Anniversary Kyle Petty Charity Ride Across America will make a stop in Shreveport-Bossier at Margaritaville Resort casino in Bossier City, 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 8. Celebrity guests who will be present for the stop include Kyle Petty, Richard Petty, Herchsel Walker, Rutledge Wood, Harry Gant, Donnie Allison, Hershel McGriff, George Rogers, David Ragan, Max Papis, Krista Voda, and Rick Allen. The riders are expected to pull in at 6:45 p.m., but fans are encouraged to arrive by 6:30 p.m.\nThis ride has raised more than $18.5 million for Victory Junction and orther children’s charities. Local communities are highly encouraged to come out and support the riders, experience the sights and sounds of 120 motorcycles, receive autographs and photos with Ride celebrities, purchase Ride memorabilia and donate to the Ride’s “Small Change. Big Impact.” program.\n
