Red River Kite Rally
Come out to LSUS and see some of the most extravagant kites in the country. Outdoor competition is Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday starting at 1:00 PM each day, and wrapping up around 5:00PM. The indoor competition will be at the Shreveport Convention Center Wednesday at 7PM
