Once you have submitted your application a representative will contact you within seven (7) days of receiving the application. By submitting this application, you understand acceptance will include abiding by the rules and policies set by the Red River Balloon Rally. An agreement setting forth those rules and policies will be sent to you for signature. Thank you!"

The RRBR has designated official contractors to provide electricity and water. The RRBR assumes no responsibility or liability for any of the services performed or materials delivered by the foregoing contractors. Vendor may not park delivery or storage vehicle at the event without prior written approval by the RRBR. A space fee may be assessed depending upon the size or power requirements of any such vehicle. Space will not be provided for mobile homes, recreational vehicles or trailers. Any requests granted to park vehicles at site are subject to the ground’s ability to handle the weight of such vehicle or unit without causing damage to the ground.
(RRBR will use its efforts to accommodate special requests. However, the RRBR does not guarantee that these requests will be met.)
All electrical, generators and water must be provided by the RRBR.
Vendor set up time will start on Wednesday/Thursday July 10/11 at 8:00am – 6:30pm. No set up on Friday. The balloon Rally will open Friday and Saturday July 12/13 at 4pm and run till 10:30 pm. Your booth must be manned during these hours. Final load in of supplies and ice should be performed by 3:00pm on Friday and Saturday. All trash must be put inside trash cans before you leave Saturday evening.

Vendors are allowed to use their own tents. Vendor tents must be Commercial grade construction and tent cover constructed of fire retardant material. All tents must be anchored. If a tent is needed, please indicate size: *Includes 1 table and 2 chairs

NOTE: FOOD VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL BOTTLED WATER, COCA COLA AND PEPSI PRODUCTS NOR ANY OTHER CARBONATED BEVERAGE. THE RRBR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELL THESE PRODUCTS. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED AT THE BALLOON RALLY. FOOD VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL TEA AND LEMONADE. ANY VENDOR FOUND SELLING ANY BEVERAGE OTHER THAN TEA AND LEMONADE WILL BE ASKED TO SHUT DOWN THEIR BOOTH AND LEAVE THE RRBR WITH NO REFUND OF FEES.
